I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Jules A. Toups, Jr., PLS. I Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Nicholls State University in 1994 and obtained my Professional Land Surveying license in 1998.
In 2008 I decided to form my own company based on providing Professional Service with a personal touch. My goal is to provide a product higher in quality and deliver this product to the clients on time and within budget. When you hire my firm you get me, not a survey crew without professional guidance. When my firm is hired to perform a survey, I will personally be on the ground at the project location.
